This single component, cold-liquid-applied, elastomeric, coating cures to form a durable waterproofing membrane capable of bridging substrate shrinkage cracks up to 1/16-inch. Overseal-H is designed specifically for horizontal surfaces such as plaza decks, balcony decks, parking garage decks, roof terraces, elevated pool decks, and related applications where horizontal-plane waterproofing is critical and will be covered by over burden. It’s adhesion and effective waterproofing is achieved on horizontal applications where durable waterproofing is a requirement. Overseal-H is suitable for both new construction and restoration projects. It can be used as a stand-alone membrane or a liquid component of a dual core system.
For Contractors/Installers, our product is easy to apply, has a full cure-through in high-build applications, and can be installed in ambient and surface temperatures of 25°F (4°C) and rising.
