The three-story, 187,500 SF building features a limestone and brick exterior.  A large central courtyard will offer an inviting space for quiet outdoor study and social gatherings. The building’s learning spaces “classrooms and courtrooms” are designed to be flexible in size, configuration and furnishings in order to accommodate different styles of teaching and group study.

Polyflow® 15 / 15P – Prefabricated geocomposite vertical use drainboard with a compressive strength of 15,000 psf

LM-95 – Two-component fast cure urethane waterproofing membrane

Underseal® Fabric Tape – Use around pipe penetrations and at end laps for patching damaged areas of the membrane
