Airlok Flex VP

Air Barrier systems provide the only effective defense against air leakage and moisture issues. Polyguard’s Airlok Flex® VP is a water-based, permeable, cold fluid-applied, single-component, acrylic-based, elastomeric membrane designed to prevent air and moisture penetration while allowing water vapor to escape. Airlok Flex® VP is engineered as an air barrier for installation on concrete and concrete masonry (CMU), paper, glass or foil faced sheathing, plywood, oriented strand board (OSB) and rigid insulation in the cavity. Airlok Flex® VP can be applied in a temperature range of 40°F up to 120°F and is resistant to ultraviolet (UV) for up to one year.
